Abandoned puppy who survived hunger, wild animals and her new Great Dane sibling can finally rest and recover after being scooped up into her loving furever home, dog mom says: ‘She’s been cuddling on me since I first was able to pick her up.’

Every doggo has their day, and it is safe to say that this pupper had hers, if not three of them in this sweet story of pupper rescue success.

No matter the doggo, the one thing we can be sure of is that they will one day have their moment to shine. For some doggos that means saving a life, for others it means learning to trust and be loved and for others it is a strong show of survival skills. And for the puppy in this story it is her show of survival skills which makes up the majority of her shining moment in life.

For three days she managed to dodge, duck, dip and dive out of the path of potential predators on a large patch of land until it came to be that her pawrent to be managed to catch her and give her the loving furever home she always wanted. As evidenced by the incredible amount of love that lives in this dog's soul, and the never ending cuddles she shared with her pawrent. We hope she never feels like she lacks love for as long as she shall live.

We cannot say that we would have any idea what to do in such a situation where your massive dog is running after what turns out to be a harmless puppy in long grass that prevents you from fully getting involved.   • Talk about a will to live eh? To be such a small creature in a world of much larger and scarier creatures is tough enough. But to do so while being a scared and hungry little hound, well that is just beyond all reasonable expectation and explanation. We cannot imagine what was going through this cuddly canine’s mind as she zipped through the long grass for those days. But at least she was finally caught and given the safety and love that she was seeking. You can hardly ask for much more of a happy ending than that.

I already have rice but I planned on going to the store tomorrow and using the small amount I have leftover (someone sent me 20$ and I got a bag of kibble) to get chicken, brown rice instead of the white I have, and canned plain pumpkin.     There's also a small vet clinic next the grocery store in the little town closest to me so I was going to pop in there with her when I go the store and just see if they would take a look at her out of kindness, or at least offer advice. I get paid Monday so I'll take her (and actually one of my other dogs too as one has allergies snd has some hot spots) in. I plan on getting flea/tick medicine and all that then too. Maybe some high calorie puppy food (I've seen it at tractor supply) to help her
